- General Shipping:
We ship by UPS to the United States excluding APO/AFO and virgin island. Order will be shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday by UPS. (Excludes custom order and out of stock item)
Please call us at 1-800-346-3116 to place orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada.
Outside Continental U.S or Canada: Call + 562-251-1600 for shipping estimates on all orders. Overseas customer is responsible for payment of duties and /or taxes on all international orders.
Heavy and large items (ex:woodboards, heavy bags, shield, bos, sword, shinai, matt, escrima stick, medals, etc.) from shipping charge. Please call 1-800-346-3116 to get the exact freight amount.
- Shipping to APO/AFO and Virgin island:
We ships to APO/FPO addresses via US Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post can not ship items over 70 lbs.
- UPS Shipping Tracking Information:
If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your order when it is shipped. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with tracking information. Or login to your online account and review your orders placed online.
- Shipping Addresses:
Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
- Shipping Tables:
The shipping charge depends on the destination and the value of your order. For large items and extra shipping, we will contact you by phone or email with actual freight information to confirm total purchase amount. (Our customer service is available for freight estimate Mon to Fri 8:30 to 6:00 PST.)
Please refer to the UPS U.S. Ground map below. UPS Ground delivery days are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. Please contact us for shipments to outside continental U.S or Canada, Guam, and Virgin Islands.
Sales taxes: California residents add 8.250% to the order.
- Returns Policy:
New merchandise ("Brand New";not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase, there is a 10% restocking charge on all returned or cancelled orders; after 30 days, goods will not be accepted. If our products show any type of manufacturing defect, we will ship the exact replacement item with no additional shipping charge. (However, an additional shipping charge will occur for all other exchanges) No returns are accepted on custom items or
clearance items.
Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S. or parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
